Mindfulness and Meditation


I’ve been studying meditation and eastern philosophy for over 7 years. In that time, I’ve studied with lots of really wonderful teachers and noticed some common trends among the techniques I’ve used to deal with the mental blocks I create.

So, after some synthesizing and lots of thinking the shower (you don’t even know) I created the Fusion Mindfulness Blog. My hope is for this blog to spearhead an eventual Fusion Mindfulness System that will include an ebook, worksheets, and audio.

My approach to mindfulness is to create a model of the mind that is general enough to encompass everything I experience but nuanced enough to assist in dealing with life’s challenges. I particularly enjoy looking for similarities between Eastern and Western philosophy. When I find nuggets that work, I share them here on this blog.
